Services

Consultation is provided for planning your music. A more complete list of musical selections
is available at your request.

The musicians plan to arrive 20-30 minutes before the scheduled time to play. The "two-hour" time begins
when the quartet begins playing. For weddings, this is often 20-30 minutes before the ceremony while guests are arriving.

For receptions, the musicians take a 5-10 minute break for each hour engaged.

For an engagement of over three hours, a light meal will be required.
For shorter engagements, particularly at the dinner hour, light refreshments would be appreciated.

The musicians usually wear dark, semi-formal or formal attire.

Set up requirements for the quartet:

Four armless chairs with flat seats.
Shade from direct sun is essential when outdoors.
Electrical outlets for indoor lighting.

The Exeter String Quartet provides services to over 70 clients each year.
